PopCap's Plants vs. Zombies Featured in MegaCon Costume Contest
Fans invited to dress as characters from PopCap's family-friendly zombie game in Orlando-based costume contest.

February 24, 2010 - Orlando, FL - PopCap Games, maker of some of the world's most popular video games, announced its participation in MegaCon 2010 as the sponsor of Anime Sushi's special Plants vs. Zombies costume contest. The contest will take place at 7:00 pm on Friday, March 12, in room W224C of the Orange County Convention Center, Hall D. Runners-up will take away copies of the best-selling title, and the grand prize winner will receive an official Plants vs. Zombies (PvZ) costume worn in New York City's 2009 Village Halloween Parade. PopCap invites all Plants vs. Zombies fans to come compete, whether they're channeling their inner foliage or searching the show for brains!

As the largest multi-genre (comic book, gaming, toys, anime) convention in the southeast, MegaCon hosts artists and actors from Star Trek and Star Wars, plus a huge variety of guests from other science fiction and fantasy media, such as Battlestar Galatica and Hercules. PopCap is proud to be a part of the Anime Sushi costume contest, and hopes Plants vs. Zombies fans will pull their creativity—and their limbs—together, dig up some great costumes, and show convention goers that the undead aren't quite ready to rest!

They sent the costume to us. It was originally featured at an event in Greenwish Village that took place in 2009.  Grin
This doesn't mean they don't have a time machine.

Well I should have pictures soon.
It could have been a lot better, but there were zombies.
