I think Batman may have fought one or two villains that have worn armor.
Oh and he'd most likely snap Roy's twig legs and arms and be done with it.

But agian Batman bet all those armored opponents by being clever and if he had the advantige in terran then Roy wouldn't stand a chance but in a place were their was no were for Batman to hide then he probaly wouldn't be able to beat Roy.

Batman would easily be able to disarm Roy and since Roy is technically a 3.5 edition fighter, the chances he'll have any hand to hand combat talents are highly slim. Don't forget that Batmans armor is built to be flexible and resistant to slashing weapons since he tends to fight thugs with knives. I don't recall how resilient it is to ballistics, but I'm sure there's someone more knowledgeable on it than I that could fill in that blank.

I still don't see how Roy, even in an open field, would beat Batman.

Roy would beat Batman in an open field because he has a massive +5 sword. All he needs is one good hit to cripple Batman then he could finish him off.

"No." What kind of lame statement is that. SGT Smoothy I have great respect for you and your ability to come up with some pretty good agumants but if you are going to say stupid things like "No" then please stop posting. If you want to dissagre with me then do so in a smart and intersting way.
But I proggress, lets move on to our next match. Green Laintin VS Richard from LFG. GL= Protecter of the univers and has a power ring, but it needs to be recharged. Richard= An immortal undead warlorck with kung fu abilitys and is really funny, but is also light weight and can be ripped apart easily.

My money is on Richard because Green Lantin would be lifeing to hard to fight back. Seorisly, for Richard to win he has to ware the Green Lantin down so he would run out of power or get a really lucky hit. So unless Green Lantin has a weakness I don't know about, I think the odds would be 65 to 45 against Richard.

Green Lantern, heck I'll go with Guy Gardner.
Guy takes his ring and points it at Richard. Richard, being an undead creature, gets trapped in a bubble created by Guy and tossed into the Sun.

Or Guy would reveal he's Dragon*Con staff, they have a history of thwarting LFG and....acting like Guy. Batman would get wind of this, after Roy and he share a coffee, and would drop Guy like a bad habit with one hit.

Next up for battle, Wonder Woman vs The combined forces of Gabe and Tycho from Penny Arcade, and Wil Wheton.

You know I never liked penny arcade or Wonder Woman but I'm going to have to put my money on Wonder Woman. She would probaly just fly in kick there butts and fly out. Now I hope I'm not being rude but how about this for a match up. Dr.Strange fights Xykon. Now that would be a fight to remeamber.
